Delete your FitMaza account

You can ask us to delete your FitMaza account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to admin@fitmaza.in with the subject “Delete my FitMaza account”.
2. Send it from the email address on your account, and include the phone number you registered with.
3. We will reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number, email, and sign-in details.
• Your push-notification token and the photos you uploaded.
• If you are a gym owner, your gym’s data and its members’ records are deleted too, so download any reports you need first.

What we may keep

Payment and invoice records we are legally required to keep for tax or accounting purposes are retained for the required period, without being linked to your profile where possible. Security logs may be kept for a short time to prevent fraud and abuse.

If you are a gym member

Your gym added your records, so ask your gym owner to remove you as well as emailing us. We can delete your account on our side; the gym decides what member records it keeps.
